Speaking engagements and un-mounted interactive groundwork sessions are great ways to get groups of people involved and motivated. An open area and seating will be needed. For more advanced work, blankets, carpets or pads would be useful. There are no attendance limits within suitable facilities with a microphone setup. A large 800 watt sound system can possibly be provided by Phil for $75 per day when his expenses, such as transportation to the event along with room and board, are included with Elaine's.
