Basic Clinic Rates offer a great discount on the combination of lecture/unmounted exercises and lessons and the more participants - up to twenty four maximum - the better the discount.
The basic daily clinic rate includes a one hour group groundwork session and six one hour mounted lessons. Each of the six lessons can have up to four students per lesson. The clinic organizer can charge a sliding fee, similar to my lesson rates, or charge a block rate to accommodate both private and group participants.
Other Options:
This option gives the clinic organizer an opportunity to open the clinic up for more attendees or to give the participants multiple opportunities to ride in lessons by arranging for larger groups. All participants may attend the daily group groundwork sessions.
Sometimes people like to attend a clinic without actually riding. Including auditors is up to the organizer’s discretion. Most organizers charge a nominal fee. This is a great way to expose more people to Centered Riding® and peak their interest to attend as a riding student in the future.
Phil is often able to travel with Elaine to assist during clinics. He adds an opportunity for one-on-one with participants during a large, fully booked clinic as he assists during the lessons and mans the side-lines answering individual questions. Phil will provide this service for $60 per day when his transportation, room and board expenses are paid along with Elaine's. He can also provide on site private lessons. When we are within driving distance, Phil can provide a much appreciated complete professional 800 watt sound system for an additional $100 per day.
From time to time I may have additional chances to bring other assistants and will let you know if your clinic dates coincide with such an opportunity.
